1. Physical Products Shipping Policy
This section applies to all physical goods purchased from our store that require transport and delivery to a physical address.

2. Digital Products Delivery Policy
This section applies to all digital goods, including but not limited to E-books, courses, software, downloadable files, templates, and digital artwork.

No Physical Shipping: Digital products do not require physical shipping. No physical package will be dispatched to your home address.

Immediate Download: Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive an immediate download link on the order confirmation page.

Email Delivery: A digital download link will also be sent automatically to the email address you provided during checkout within 5-10 minutes.

B. Issues with Downloading or Accessing Files: If you do not receive the email link within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotional folders. If it's still missing, or if you face any technical error while downloading the file, please contact us at [Your Support Email] with your Order Number, and our team will manually send the file to you within 12-24 hours.

C. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital products, once a file is downloaded or accessed, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. However, if the file is corrupted or non-functional, we will gladly replace it.
